November 26, 200519 yr Author wtf is wrong with me? wtf is wrong with them paying chinese gold farmers 50cents an hour to play WoW all day.
November 26, 200519 yr Considering you recieved payment, and stole it back, I see problems there. They may be able to get you for theft of property perhaps?
November 26, 200519 yr besides the fact that a judge/court/police would have no idea wtf they are talking about and laugh them out of the room and the other fact that no one has ever gotten any shit for computer crap unless its like haxing the gibson of the FBI or something i wouldnt worry. they are raged, gj
November 26, 200519 yr Author yeh, I mean it's $130. That company makes so much money selling gold it's ridicilous. I'm sure they will not do anything.

November 26, 200519 yr Okay, so I sold my World of Warcraft account to IGE for $130. I recieved payment, they changed password. They did NOT change the secret question answer however, so I of course changed it and changed my password so they cannot have access to it. They emailed me about 2 weeks later asking to give them the info or they will file legal action. I figured they were just talking shit. Then the owner of IGE leaves a voice message saying they are taking legal action. Now, since selling/buying accounts is against the Blizzard ToS can they do anything legal about this? Wouldn't they need some sort of proo that I did this only obtanible through blizzard? I'm not sure if blizzard would give them the info as they are violating the ToS. What do you guys think? Last time i checked theft was still a crime... oh and btw how did you change your secret question i thought you couldnt?
November 26, 200519 yr Wait! Why don't we ask them?? http://img345.imageshack.us/img345/1183/questionemail5ld.jpg Just kidding ;)

Sounds like an "Obtaining Money By Deception" charge if you were in the UK. I assume the US has it's own law against that sort of thing.
November 26, 200519 yr You spent real money so you can have some textured mesh in a game? Fucking WoW ***. you're paying money per month to read myg0t forums GG SIR
November 26, 200519 yr I wouldnt worry too much about it.....if they took you to court it'd be to small claims court. Im sure they wouldnt want to spend an entire day waiting for their case to be held over $130. And if they do they'll be upset when they lose on the account that they were dumb enough to actually trust someone from the internet. The only condition that you would get in trouble would be say if there was an agreement in writing and you said that you read through it and understood what would happen if you break the agreement.(Sort of like what Ebay has) Past that they have nothing they can do to win the case, they have no proof that you were the one that actually took the account back. For all they know it was a friend who shares the same email address with you. Either way nice going on raging them:rofl:
November 26, 200519 yr xDenialx']yes, they monitor myg0t forums. :wow: people can dig up dirt on anyone no matter where it was or who was there
November 26, 200519 yr just tell them that you have no idea what they are talking about and that someone else must have changed it. Say you found a keylogger on your computer or something. duh
November 26, 200519 yr http://directnic.com/whois/?query=ige.com If they're not a legally registered business in the US, wtf are you worried about? (assuming you're in the US)
