I'm using firefox atm but konqueror is starting to look more appealing. its as integrated as internet explorer but it actually works

After the new update Flash 8 never worked with firefox for me anymore so I had to move back to mozilla. The 5 second loading time from when you click the link and the browser comes up is killing me!! :P

Mozilla Firefox = Firefox, but there's also a Mozilla browser.

Firefox.. but it doesnet display some websites the same as IE does.

 

And IE will always be the domoniate browser as long as Microsofft includes it in Windows and theres stupid people over 30 out there who dont know what a browser is.

As I use Firefox more and more, I realize how bloated and slow it is. Unforunately, I do most of my work/gaming/browsing on Windows (I use linux exclusively for my 2 servers here), and the Firefox source isn't exactly friendly to work with. I would love to recompile it and remove 99% of the components I don't use.

 

I've looked at other browsers like K-meleon , too. While it has a much smaller memory footprint (uses like 5 megs of ram with 6 websites open, compared to firefox using 15 with no sites open), I hate how it handles tabbing + middle-clicking to open tabs.

 

If it weren't such an enormous task, I'd write my own standards compliant browser. :|

 

Konqueror is the 2nd browser to pass the Acid2 CSS test as well, I use it when I'm in KDE on linux. :)

Firefox, its faster, safer, better, better looking, smart, cool, clever and when i use it i feel like having a bunch of :drama: in my hands
