TOR is the perfect tool for raging forums and basically causing general havoc to others.

 

Upsides: Anonymous, Secure, Almost always Works

Downsides: Slow as fuck, Some IRC servers and websites block TOR all together.

Download TOR, Download Privoxy, Install SwitchProxy if you use firefox.

 

For applications, set your proxy to:

localhost:9050

 

For web surfin:

localhost:8118

 

To set to a different IP, just close TOR.exe and reopen it.
