Say I log in to administrator on my dads pc, but I don't want him to know I've been on there. How would I fix the pc so that the next time he reboots. It didnt already have "administrator" autofilled into the username field on the log in screen?

If this question isn't specific enough just say so.

Login using the admin account, do your shit, logout then login to your account and logout. Shutdown.

That's what I've been doing. Is there anything I can delete in the registry to skip this process?

Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Local Security Policy

In the tree at the left, go to Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options

Navigate to the entry that says "Interactive logon: Do not display last user name

Double click it, set to enabled, apply, ok, close

Hiding the Last User Logged On

If you use the standard NT style of login and want to hide the last user:

1. Start the Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc)

2. Go to Computer Configuration / Windows Settings / Security Settings / Local Policies / Security Options

3. Scroll down to Interactive logon: Do not display last user name

4. Set it to Enable

tada !

distract him when he starts up by bombing his comp with kiddy porn, that'll keep him occupied for hours before he realizes it.
