February 5, 200619 yr "Myg0t" ? lol do you have a proxy on? was it possible that myg0t banned your ip? `Connection Refused` implies the remote host isn't even accepting the connection, if he was g-lined it would say so.

February 20, 200619 yr Are You Allowing it With Your Firewall? On Some Firewalls You Can Connect To Yourself Doing Whatever And It Wont Ask For You To Allow/Deny, Hence Connecting To A Local Server...
