At school, I just sent out 2000 net send messages to every computer on the network that the DoD school uses. That's every military school in europe. I have friends in about 4 of the schools and they told me about how the recieved the messages. Just one question....I used a program and it didnt send out my information on the pop up. Is there still a way for them to retrace it back to me? I sent it to about 5000 + computers.

 

Edit: I know you guys want pictures, but how the hell can I take pictures of how I raged them? Should I just take a picture of the whole list of the DoD schools?

 

2nd edit: My friend told me when his teacher was teaching teh class photoshop, he got so pissed off because he had to keep clicking. haha shit, stupid military schools

log off the comp now and log onto a comp a few seats down, or in a different lab if you can

 

no way to trace you other than (i dont think this is rational) to find out what account was logged on that sent the messages. if their server logs logons, the program you used probably just used an anonymous account and they could trace that logon to the computer you are using?

Thanks, I just log out, and left the computer lab and now I'm in the library, so they can't find out I was there. No supervision in either places.

 

and to the guy with the ace of spades as his sig: I guess he didn't know, but my friend told me he spent the rest of the class clicking on the pop up. You know how old people are. lol.

Ive owned my schools win2k network with netspam twice, still havnt fixed it :p

 

But I did own the filtering system the other day, and they shut the schools net off for the rest of the week, because while the filtering system was down, someone went and palyed around on porn sites. lol, I love being a school tech, so much power.

In a nutshell yes they can trace it back. It's not rocket science. Will they trace it? Hard to say, but yes it can be done.

Well, hopefully they won't trace it back. But yeah they disabled the Net Send in our entire school but except one room. The Cisco networking lab, and thats the class I was in. Thanks for the comments guys.

 

@ master vampire : yeah I did that * once too, i didnt think it would work and I didnt think about how it would show my login information. I got fucked over for doing that. now I learned from my mistake to make it anoymous. haha
