Posted August 23, 200321 yr I got a virus on my computer. I run norton corp and it has been updated, and zone alarm. I did take off zone alarm for a little but only a few days maybe. Now I cannot execute any .exe or anything. It says "cannot find file try to search it" or something when its right there. Anyone know of a virus like this, let me know. Oh, I run cable and it is disabled too. The icon says I am online but I can't visit any webpages nor can I open internet explorer. I have to open windows explorer then visit a site but I can't get on. Anything you guys can suggest would be good, thanks.

Anyone know of a way I can put a virus scan on a floppy disc and run it without installing anything. I have norton corp 7.5 runnin with updates and it isnt finding anything. I havent backed up my hd so I need some things on it badly but cant get to them. I cant burn anything b/c the cd writer prog wont exec.

My norton corp runs fine, I know what trojans do and how they kill av's. They disable the av but mine is running. trojans also dont turn your internet off. Trojans arent supposed to disable your computer from running, they are supposed to sit there and pretend nothing has happened so you can go around looking through their gay porn.
