February 19, 200619 yr well, my mouse is quite old. I have a Logitech mouseman dual optical (with wire), or atleast I think that's the name.. nd a friend of mine has practically the same mouse, but with only 1 optical eye, and its wireless. it uses 2 AA batteries (I believe) and he fucking hates it. it's just crap playing with it, batteries run dry very fast, and when they aren't over 40% full you get awefull mouse lag and it randomly doesn't work for a short time. I was playing on his pc and was like: WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS MOUSE?! But that wasn't so long ago, and he's had his mouse for quite a while.. back in those days I would have definatelly said NO to a wireless mouse. but perhaps nowadays power usage and distribution is better. I dunno, perhaps for my new pc I'd buy a wireless mouse.
February 19, 200619 yr Logitech MX1000, I've never had the slightest bit of signal lag, it has a rechargeable battery that lasts for a day or two on one charge and it has a 3-LED battery meter on the top of it. If you want wireless, go MX1000 in my opinion. I have the same mouse and I haven't had a problem either. Works fine.
