December 18, 200519 yr CTRL + ALT + DEL Find firefox.exe or explorer.exe or opera.exe (whatever internet browser you use) and select END TASK. If it's explorer.exe, you may have to press Windows Key + R (opens up the Run dialog) and type in explorer.exe in case it fails to reload the start menu and icons.
