Anyway, that is some of the best free running i've seen in a while, I've always wanted to take it up in my freetime, it would be fucking sick. i bet almost anyone who has taken gymanstics for a reasonable amount of time could do shit like that pshh I have done gymanstics for a number of years, and I reckon I could do most of that, the basics, probably not the side saults and stuff from heights - can't run up walls :( All it take is some fitness, upper body strength, and basic skills, all of which gymnastics provides. Pity I'm a bit of a pussy when it comes to doing gymnastics outside of the hall, but still, that video makes me want to give a try.
