This is probably the worst method around, since if you succeed you get -4, and it's so simple to defeat that the -4 isn't a problem at all. Driving the car in front of a jet is a great method for forcing a TK. Bail right before you get hit and the plane should explode. At the very least, the plane will cause the car to explode, and the pilot will get a TK. APCs work way better, because they almost guarantee an explosion.:)
