What is the best port scanner out there? I used a couple last night (Blue's, and some other), but neither of them worked for me. Any recommendations?

i use superscan 4 and it seems to work the best out of any of the scanners that i have tried.

It won't find any ports for me. I entered my own IP, and scanned (using SuperScan), but nothing came up when it finished. Here's a screenshot:
