This person has told me and my friend many times that he does not want to see us on his street. My question is a person has every right to use any street when ever and how ever long they want ? You could walk up and down the street 10k times if you wanted as long as your just on the street walking around your not breaking any laws ? A street is public dominion ? This person hates me and I get so much joy out of him seeing me because I know it burns them up.
