January 2, 200619 yr ok, theres no possible way you can "cloak" your SteamID, just use a loader called "SteamRip" and youll be un-bannable and VAC proof. (you can still be banned by IP address and auto-kick by SteamID since STEAM_ID_PENDING is considered a SteamID)
