..How do i put a boarder around it?

1. Make new layer on top of your sig.

2. Take the rectangular marquee tool and select the whole picture area.

3. edit -> stroke -> choose how many pixels wide border you want, color and location.

4. Apply the stroke.

5. Save your picture.

 

Presuming that you have photoshop..

Layer - New Layer

Select - Select All

Edit - Stroke - inside - colour.

How do i put faint diagonal or straight lines through my sig, i see them alot how do i do it?

dont bother learning it they are called scanlines and look like shit
