don't thinnk that's niccuh.

I'm interested, how do you get free internet?

well for free AOL i cant see how it would be any harder then stealing a AOL email account...

you could probably do the same with Yahoo dilaup and etc, not much more though because for DSL services you could steal the account in question but you need a DSL account (and modem) to access the DSL service.

use an aol disk to get your free month trial or whatever

at the end of that trial call the company to cancel it. you will have to do security questions and go on hold and what not, eventually you will talk to the operator.

once you start talking to the operater, say you want to cancel your aol account. when he asks why, say you have already switched to a different company. he will ask which one, you just make up some bs(say netzero). he will then go through a list of bullshit crappy features of aol that you might want to use. (antivirus) and he will also talk about broadband oportunities. say your not interested in any of that and stay on the fact that you have ALREADY switched companys. he will then give you an extra month on your aol account to "compare" the two companys.

ive been doing this for 4 months, seems better to me to do this. 20 minutes of talking for free internet. its easier than going out and getting another disk too.

rofl social engineering, never would have thought of that... AOL (56k anyway, dont know about DSL) is for gays, though.

lol AOL. i <3 them for giving me free DVD and CD cases but their interweb is for nubs.
I just order Comcast Internet... then after the tech guy leaves i grab my plyers and take off the filter on the side of the house....FREE CABLE TV ! basic channels but hey it's saved me thousands of dollers sofar.
free internet is better than no internet.

consider that everyone here must be on the internet and i'm willing to bet all but the odd person is on broadband. 56k AOL is useless to everybody here.
