One of the girls parents say she's going to the school this monday and try to get my freind in trouble for making a site which he actually did. Now the site is deleted or at least everything is erased. Could the school do anything to my freind for making that site/? Also keep in mind that's the internet and it could be some guy in his basement in Alaska for christ sakes. Everything now is deleted including pics and such. URL box hid. It wasn't done at the school or anywhere near it. Completly made at my freinds house.

January 7, 200619 yr Yeah fight the system man. But remember schools are total assholes. If your friend wants to stay in school then he might as well keep it all erased. I did something similar and I really wanted to go against the school because they couldn't prove that it was me. But they said it WAS me. They gave me suspension and I had to write a letter or I would get expelled. You can be screwed but be right or be wrong and be less screwed. Whatever is more important. Your friends choice. But rofl, good job. Your friend raged her parents. haha.

January 7, 200619 yr They put me in a program calld the opportunity room at school. Meaning, I went to school at 8:30, and left at 12:30. They couldn't do anything to me legally, but because I refused to take te site down, the parents did whatever they could to try to get me. They had some mild power in the school system, and hence my "opportunity room" isolation. I loved that more than normal school anyway. They did me a huge favor. In the end, I was the last laughing.

If thats true than they can't do jack shit unless they've got tons of money. I've hacked peoples myemospaces at my school and they know its me. January 7, 200619 yr me and mTx did some shit like this back in Sept. and here's what happened: We tricked some *** at my school into believing this one girl at our school likes him. We told him to meet up with us at the movies that night and we just stood him up. He came back and I get called into the office. During the AIM conversation mTx said something along the lines of "I'm going to kill you you fucking raghead" which is considered a threat. My dean called the police and they came in and filed a report. I also had to speak with a racial counselor and had to prove that I wasn't a racist and wouldn't hurt him. Because nothing happened at school, I couldn't be expelled or any further disciplinary action took. Nothing happened after that and haven't heard from the cops since. You'll be fine no worries. Unless however the parents have a lot of money in which case they might be able to sue you for libel. gl
