I wouldnt call that uber its processor is pretty shitty.

 

And it does not really cost that much.

you havent seen Alienware systems

Its not 'uber' as you say. But it is a pretty decent system for the price.

 

Definitely check Alienware to see what top of the line is. Then after seeing the outrageous cost of them, go to http://www.sagernotebook.com and see laptops with the same hardware in them as Alienware for about 20% cheaper. Peace

THis might be a stupid question but does anyone built custom laptops? I've heard of custom PCs, but never laptops...

 

 

I saw an article in Maximum PC about building one. It is possible. Im sure a google search could provide you with some enclosure/mobo combos and you could go from there. Im fairly certain that you will not be able to upgrade the video card in the future so choose wisely.
