Posted January 18, 200619 yr Curious what proggy(ies) can be used to do this. I want to take a short video clip, insert some text into the frames, then make it into an animated gif. Just wanting to make some sigs. Also, might want to make it back into an mpeg as well. Any help appreciated. Later
