Posted January 22, 200619 yr http://www.gamershell.com/news/27536.html The first DX10 game announced Back in September 2005, at the PDC Microsoft Conference, CryTek, developers of Far Cry, released a movie that showcased some of the capabilities of the Cry Engine 2 under DirectX 10 API: dynamic day/night cycle, fully interactive enviroments, sunrays and diffuse transmission, real time soft shadows, soft particles, interactive/destructrible enviroments, volumetric clouds, and advanced shader technology. January 22, 200619 yr Yep seen video of them walking through jungle etc and leaves brush off you, wonder if my pc be able to run it. probably not.
January 23, 200619 yr I have seen this video a long time ago, but it was advertised as FarCry 2. Also I think Crytek is a game making company. I am pretty sure I have seen it before in an intro to a game.
