January 28, 200619 yr ok I decided to give this a go as well I used bit torrent to get it and it installed fine. but the bit where you said: Data displayed will probably have x9392 only. I didn't have that. instead, I just had the genrated CD key in the registry. this was before I installed the 1.12 (?) patch with a no cd exe. i got an invalid key error. I tried it with the patch and got the same result :s anyway props to offender for the find.

See what you get.. i dont need to do jack shit. :sly: everything works fine just the way i described. i dont know wtf your problem is. you gotta be doing it wrong. i say just uninstall, reinstall bf2, then sf, then the latest update patch, then the 1.12 public/dedicated server patch from gamecopyworld, then the registry shit. i dont know how you ppl are fucking this shit up :rofl: i got this shit down on the first try, and so did the majority of the people here. your case has gotta be user error
