State what it is and whats been done to it, and the good part is HOW you got it, some of us have done some crazy shit to get stuff "steal, suck dick, rob, sale drugs" but dont list any Illegal stuff :nuts: jk

i recently slid it "again" and fucked it up and my knee but its been fixed a lil bit since then....

1996 240sx SE. As of now the body is staying the way it is, i love the way it looks, no reason to rice it out with fake silvia shit body parts. Custom weld racing wheels on Yokohama sport avs tires. As of now its got the stock ka24de with a greddy tubo kit and fmic. Got a good tune as of now 12 psi 285 WHP.

 

But in a few more weeks that motor will be took out and be replaced with a RB25det fully built drag motor ( pics below)

hks stage 2 cams

turbonectics t04e .68 A/R turbo.

800cc injectors

OMG dude i cant wait tell my order for my RB26dett comes in dude.......my father ordered it when i first got my silver 240sx(which was wrecked in the Tagua) and its about to go though....it takes up to 3 years to get your order in from Japan which sucks and seeing I've been waiting for 11/2 years now = | but its worth the wait cause im getting the WHOLE front clip with the Skyline GTR head gauges and stearing wheel and tranny = ] all for a total of around 4300 USD when added up... all the work has been done by me and friends and the KA24DE is a way better engine to turbo then the SR20det since the KA is a 2.4 liter and the SR is only a 2.1 and it holds compression ratios better........on the red S13 it has TEIN Type-FLEX Coilovers and is recieving also Cusco 8 point roll cage to finish off my safety issues cus it aint that safe when taking the corners......hopefully my dad will sell his ride which is a Acura Integra pushing almost 700 on the dyno due to him spending nearly 20G on his powerplant(LS/VTECH)........fucking bitch

1. s13 body style ended in 1994 and the rb25det is only single turbo SII. the rb26deTT is the twin turbo and is a very rare swap... stop ur lies.

Its a pipsqueak of a car but it can haul major ass, I haven't clocked the 0-60 yet but it weighs about 1800 lbs with a whopping 115 HP :rolleyes: . The horsepower to weight ratio is what really drew me to this car, that and the fact that these cars are very efficient.

If its taking u this long to get a rb26dett clip thats sad. Theres plenty in the states in warehouses all around. I only know of a handfull of people in the united states that have a rb26dett in the 240's that are running i dont know where your getting this knowledge from but thats one of the hardest and non practical swaps out there becasue u can get the same performance out of a rb25 and less hassel with wiring and motor size, mounts and having to buy a rb25 transmission to go with that rb26 for it to fit, i personaly think u got it backwards... ur probly dreaming of haveing a rb25 not 26.

 

um the SR20det is a 2.0 liter not 2.1

 

Holds compression ration? wtf does the ratio have to do with how good the compression holds? ratios have nothing do do with HOLDING compression its just a measurement. Compression it about how good your ringlands and the shape your motor is in...

 

I see u found a thread from rc tech.... i dont know where your getting rb26 from again... maybe had a typo or somthing. if i had about 15,000 more dollars laying atound i would go with the rb26 but for the money u can have a lot more fun with a 25 and with that money have a lot faster car.

 

and wtf is a rollcage going to do for helping u take corners??? u plan on rolling ur car or somthin...

Marcado or watever dude i am typing fast but not fast enough to fuck up everything l0ol i did fuck up on the 2.1 thing you got me there but my parents got a divorce and i lived with my bitch ass mother after they got divorced.....my dad is coming into town SATURDAY night and ill get pics then k and ill PM you them IF HE COMES TO THE CONVENTION this Saturday seeing he lives his own life now......and I dont know why he ordered the rb26dett when i know for a fact it DOES have major problems with it and people that actually have one that runs only get it to run right everynow and then.......myself rather have the rb25 swap seeing its cheaper and easier....i dont controll my dad and cant bitch about what HES going to buy.....its not going into one of my BABY projects its going into a s13 shell he has in the back after its stitch welded.........and the compression ratios is just a opinion that i had on mind lol CHILL OUT and i sent you a PM CHECK.....lol

And for the rb26 u need to really tell ur dad he has no clue what hes getting himself into. The wireing is a nightmare and theres only one guy out there that can do it and his company was mickinny motorsports but from what i hear they stopped making motor mounts and wireing harnesses for the rb26's and there shit for computers AEM does not have any type of stand alone computers for the 26 and the only company that does is apexi and there software in in JAP so u cant read it but someone will come out with somthing but not any time soon. For the money that your going to spend on the rb26 swap u can get a rb25 and have a fully built motor and a 1337 tunning system like mine making 500-600WHP high boost and 400-450 low boost and still beable to drive to work everyday without hassle. Do a lot or reserach it pays off with these cars and motors. good luck.

i hear you man, but hes getting it done in Atlanta, Georgia at some Import shop that does it there.......there doing all the wiring and work for 3500 and it seems alot to me but on the second hand i dont think i could come close to being able to handle that shit even by helping the process and YESS it is RARE to see those numbers BUT i live in Florida and we have quite a nice GREY market here LOL for parts and theres a TWIN to my dads car that we just found out about 2 weekends ago out at the meet........its a Honda civic hatch, year i dont know but his setup is a little different from my dads but its pretty much all the same = | DUDE there BEAST nobody even wants to race them out at Ellis and the reason im getting a rollcage is cus i did roll one of my OLD 240sx on the Tagua in Colorado.....i was coming around turn #18 and lost traction, i tried to correct and hit the side railling, it jolted the car slung me into the door and from there it was a series of coming off the end of the railling and ending side over onto a tree(pine tree to remember) it was a disheartning experience seeing i LOST my baby ='[ have pics but got to get a photo scanner

Used to drive a Gold 2001 Civic with a kicken system but had to sale. :( Now i drive a 1990 Accord. Needs alot of work tho (speakers, cd player, paint etc...) but runs like a bitch even with a little 4 cylinder.
