I'd have to side with him that it's 95% mods for the appearance, which ended up looking like shit. That's what I never got about body kits, they look like they want to make the cars appear as if they're something like high end supercars or GT cars, but it's not hard to see it's a 4 thousand dollar mazda. Again, i'd like to point out that the time and money you've invested in that could have been much better spent and you wouldn't look like a dipshit driving down the road. It's just plain ugly, I just cant understand it.

Nothing I said was to flame, it's the truth. He has to know it. How can he wake up and look at that atrocious pile of mutilated metal and think, "Damn! Why is my car is so f'n hot?!"

 

The fact is his car probably does everything worse now, than how it came from the factory.

 

Lowering springs on stock struts -> blown struts & a shitty ride

Body kits = cheap/ugly looks, and increased drag

Exhaust = typically cool, but that type of 'can' exhaust never produces a good sound

Wheels = I’m not sure, but I’d bet they weigh more than the stock wheels did

go look at body kits on a import site...the pics are almost always blurry and the cars are "pimped" out = [

Uhh. probably not. My car weighs about.. 1500 pounds while the 650 weighs.. what 10,000? He wouldn't die, probably just get a bruise.

Made me laugh too. One of my buddies in his CRX can get 0-60 in 4.92 seconds. Thats pretty fast for a car like that.
