February 15, 200619 yr yes i can, ive been able to since i was a younge lad what i do is put my tongue0 on the roof of my mouth, then stretch the back of my tongue as far back as possible and move my jaw forward. i make sure my mouth is dry first though for best results. i cant really aim it that well, but its very useful.
