February 19, 200619 yr Paint fucks up quality when you save as JPG. Photoshop limits this. I can tell it's done in paint. Look at the hair, easy to see. yeah, to draw something in pain, then crtl + and paste into photoshop will keep the quality perfect mspaint = suck for compression very nice work though
