Posted February 24, 200619 yr Hello people i need some help making up my mind i have a ati 9800 pro and looking to get a new AGP card from ati. I have it down to SAPPHIRE Radeon X1600PRO or a Radeon X800XT 256MB if you was going to get one of these what one would it be. Also if they have a AGP card that you think it better then the x1600PRO and cheaper then the X800XT plz list it.
February 24, 200619 yr yes, if you want a good card get nvidia and why AGP? pci express x16 is a lot better since most newer cards ONLY SUPPORT THAT. if i was you though, i would go with the x800 since that was what i had before i got my 6600gt and then my 7800gtx.
February 25, 200619 yr Author I have a P4C800-E asus MB and it dont have PCI express im not going to buy a new MB just so i can get a PCI video card unless the PCI express will work with a normall pci slot ?
