February 26, 200619 yr It's a fake penis that you fill with fake urine, or CLEAN drug free usine, then you strap it on and use it when you have to go for a piss test. The piss is clean, you pass the test. Someone decided to warm it up, because cold urine is detected as being fake by the testing process. It doesn't react quickly enough with the machines or the chemical testers, if they test it electronically, the temperature shows up. It should be at least about 36 degrees celsius.
