February 27, 200619 yr jsut go to any proxy webpage like http://anonymizer.nntime.com/ and type in the url you want for the forums. if you want to hack the server and crash it you definielty couldn't do it since your the biggest dumbass i know but you would need several people if you even wanted to attemtp over pinging or using tracert on them and preferably a win 98 OS.

February 27, 200619 yr isn't ipconfig just for your network IP. Contact your ISP and they will change it for you. If previously mentioned proxies are slow - try these. http://www.sneak2.tk http://www.sneak2.net -they're pretty decent

March 4, 200619 yr if you're using DSL...unplug the modem for 30 seconds, then plug back in..VOILA!! new IP addy. i'm behind a router....can't do that ipconfig command thingy
March 4, 200619 yr That cmd console thing is your best and easiest way. However sometimes you end up with the exact same IP even if you restart your computer, it's all down to your ISP. :thinker: Either way it helped when a mate of mine got IP banned from a forum I use aswell. The idiot said he was 12 years old. :drool2:
