March 1, 200619 yr is it bad for your eyes/eyelids to do this? You might go blind. But hey my mom said I could go blind from jacking it and that hasn't happened yet. On a serious note, no it isn't bad for your eyes or eyelids, no it doesn't hurt, yes it takes practice.
