Posted March 1, 200619 yr i am trying to make a backup copy of one of my dvds, but when im trying its telling me that i cant because its copyright protected. i have tryed using nero 7 ultra edition and alcohol 120. can anyone help me?
March 1, 200619 yr you first need to dl dvd decryptor. that takes off the copyright protection but stil makes the dvd like 7 or 8 gbs so in order to put it on a dvd you need to d/l a copy of dvd shrink which shrinks it to under 4.7 gbs and even burns it for you. If you wanted to just burn it by making it an .avi file then you can use a program like dr divx to do this in order to convert it to .avi and then burn the .avi file to a disc using nero if your dvd player supports divx codecs.
March 2, 200619 yr or you could just download CloneDVD 3.1 or whatever is newest version. Gives u options to take out subtitles etc, no other shit needed. you first need to dl dvd decryptor. that takes off the copyright protection but stil makes the dvd like 7 or 8 gbs so in order to put it on a dvd you need to d/l a copy of dvd shrink which shrinks it to under 4.7 gbs and even burns it for you. Waste of time
