There are a lot of people on the internet who look up to myg0t. People do a lot of crazy things to get recognition from them. I have never seen myg0t do anything beyond piss people off in video games. I am a sucker for suckers, and I find their antics funny. I really don't think myg0t had anything to do with the hacking of your site.

 

If you are raged, you are angry. The purpose of myg0t is to rage gamers. To go onto servers and act a fool for people who take gaming way too seriously. The more serious they take a game, the more they get raged.

Because in real life you get the shit beat out of you if you pull the shit these guys do. I turn to it as a last resort as well. After I am done being serious with a game I usually try to joke around in it, and it always leads to pissing people off which is pretty funny. It is amazing how serious some people take gaming.

it's not so much a case for most people on here (speaking from experience) that they rage/cheat in games online because they're fundimentally crap at whatever game it is. as you said yourself about halo 2. after a game gets boring, as pretty much every game eventually does when you've played the same map/scenario over and over countless times. somehow you manage to find how fun it is to just do something annoying to someone to get a reaction from them.

 

raging online games isn't such an expensive hobby, games arent that much, and neither are pc's to play them with. as long as you're not a bum and have a job that is.

Admittedly, I did figure you guys were ALL stereotypical dorks, but I can see that some (and a small minority, only two of you convinced me) of you guys are decent people. The majority of the people who replied to this topic only succeeded in perpetuating the aforementioned stereotype, so it seems your main problem is within your own forums.
