EVERY time I try to make plans to do something, at least one other person at the exact same time I want to go out says, "Oh can you help me do something with my computer?" or the more generic, "Can you help me out with *insert menial task here*?" God damnit, let me go out, I don't ahve the chance often!

Parent's prefer you to sit on the computer all day?
March 3, 200619 yr Shouldn't have let anyone know that you use or are good with computers. I wish I didn't and i wouldn;t have these annoying kids coming up to me asking if I wanna lan with them.

March 3, 200619 yr Just start charging £20 an hour, it's still a reasonable rate for technical support, but it will also stop the majority of the annoyance.
March 3, 200619 yr Author I ended up getting $100 and a 6 pack for it, so it wasn't too bad... And the lack of time thing is called being a college student. But computers have nothing to do with it. I make plans days in advance, and someone needs help then and there. I'm thinking it takes a few minutes to do and they manage to draw it out for a while.
