March 3, 200619 yr I think that growing pot here (TN) should be legal, We have one of the best climates around to grow it in, also it would help boost the state economy, Especially in Cocke County

It seems they just infiltrated the lower levels of the sales and must have made friends and moved up untill they gathered enough information on the suspects and location. These people aren't too friendly with outsiders I would assume, so the 5 years to build up the relationship and trust sounds reasonable. Techno, you're right though, but they would have been busted in the first months of operation with that type of electicity usage, so i'm guessing it's generators, and the water must be gathered rainwater or a well or many other various ways. I've had a few acquaintences get busted thinking that the jump in energy from 18 hours of 10-20 high-intensity bulbs wouldn't significantly increase your energy usage.
