Posted March 4, 200619 yr ok with all this gay marrige shit going around i was thinking what exactly are the advantages of being married. so for any of you married people out there or any of you trolls out ther want to elaborate on what are the real advantages of being married are. my second part to this question is what if say i and my local bar drinking buddy decieded we would get married bc of these benefits explained in your answers above. could any of you do that and just have all the benefits and just be like roomates and tell chicks that "hey, me and my friend here got married and cheated the system. wanna fuck?" ? would it be illegal to get married to one of the same sex and not be gay? opne for trolling and discussion..:gaysex2:

March 4, 200619 yr Tax privelages. Some states, I believe but am not 100% sure, a spouse that dosen't work is considered a dependant. Varies from state to state, but in the end, you save money. Not to mention that frilly homosexual OMG ITS IN PAPER THAT WERE MARRIED thing. D3 I dont think they could prove either way that you are or aren't truely homosexual. I mean, it is America, so who knows, they could pull some shit.

March 4, 200619 yr i'd say a disadvantage to getting married for the "benefits" soon dwindel once you actually do settle down properly with someone of the opposite sex, or same if that's your kinda thing. you'd have to get the whole divorce sorted out. or there's the problem that once you get old enough to the point that having a room mate to split the bills, or one of you wants to move out to get a bigger place. could be a bit awkward. bla bla bla.

March 4, 200619 yr Author lol no kigy im just trying to find a way to cheat the new law if it ever goes into effect since i doubt ill ever find anyone who i can deal with for more than a few months. its not like you have to even live with the other person. like p33pu5 said its easier to get a house when married than not. i mean since marriage is a "sacred vow between a man and a woman" and when the law is made for the fgts to get married i figured all original ideas about marriage are basicly null and void. and since you dont have to sign a paper saying your gay it shouldnt be a problem after years of peiople accepting this new idea of getting married
