Actually, I did over look the first M. I was judging it by the fact the top is rounded as opposed to pointed. This is why I originally argued it as a lowercase M. After reexamining, I noticed that it IS indeed taller than the y and g. Also it seems similar in height as the 0. Clearly capital, at first glance. I figured I needed more proof to argue this point, though. Then I realized that there is another "m" on the cake that I could compare to. After examining the 2 Ms, I noticed they are both very similar in size (almost identical. Feel free to reference my picture I included). So, the only difference is the actuall formation of the M. The one we argued as capitol does not have its "middle leg" extending down very far (as in M fashion), while the one that's clearly lower case does have this part of the m extended in a lowercase fashion. However, you can't really argue it's capitol when it has 2 points saying it's lowercase and only one (the formation being slightly different) saying it is actually capitol.

 

As far as the height difference, myg0t was not written on a straight line. Also reference the picture.

 

The red lines in the pictures comparing the M and T show the height of the M in "myg0t." The green line shows the height from the far right leg.

 

The red line in the picture comparing the two Ms shows the height of the M in (myg0t) from the far left leg. The green line shows the height from the far right leg.

 

The picture below that has the differences in the formation of the Ms circled, and the one below that is an unaltered comparison of the Ms.

 

The next picture (the one reading "myg0t") has several coloured lines which I will now explain. The two redlines show the height of the M. The green lines show the height of the Y and G. The blue line shows what's called the mid section of letters (starting at the top greenline going to the blue line). The M should be written in between those two lines (the green and blue), same with all lowercase letters. This obviously shows it was not written on a straight line.

 

The 0 spans from the top red line down the blue line. Clearly bigger than the M by some extent. The extends over the top of the top redline and ends at the bottom.

 

Basically, everything is written correctly ("myg0t"), except that the M and T was a bit higher than the rest.

 

However, I did overlook the S in "owns." Since "s" and "S" are formed the same, you can only go on size. This being said, I have to say that it is actually a capital. This being said, I have to change my vote from pass to fail.

1) Dunno where you learned English, but that's clearly a capital M, compare the sizes to the y and the g.

2) that's a O and not a 0 in the myg0t. I dont see the line through the 0 to denote it's a 0 and not an O.

3) and I dont know what that 2nd letter is that supposed to be in me, but if it's an e you might want to check it for tumors.
