So, you criticise Vista for being a piece of shit and a CPU-eater, and suddenly when you can get the theme you say that its "sweet". I don't want 500mb of RAM to be taken for some shitty visual themes.
I know some of you love the way vista looks, same as OS X but you are running on XP. Well i got some links for you that can patch your PC to run like OS X or Vista, ive tested them both, turned out great.

Guess what, I've got the same issue, the icons wont go away and nor will that damn DOS window that pops up everytime I turn on my computer.

Ok wtf seriously, does anyone know how to fix this? Like i said before, the icons and log-in screen are still there, i want it removed.
I had to repair it with my windows xp cd, restore didn't work for me, but yeah gay wasted 30 mins or more of my life.

How'd you repair it? Just stick in your XP CD and chose repair?

 

And also the little black DOS box still comes up.

Its not my fault you fucked it up, i installed them both and uninstalled them fine with nothing wrong with either of them. If you even read it, it says you need to change the icons back manually, which takes 5 mins.

Boot your PC using the xp CD, then choose to install it then click repair and wait for then it's pretty self-explanatory

I am raged because when I reinstalled windows I lost all my .dlls to my games and shit and it was like I reformated.

 

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS SKIN, IT WILL MESS UP YOUR SYSTEM.

The patches are perfectly fine, just look what your doing. Don't just press Next on the install and not bother reading it because thats what messes your system. You can choose to install the icons & cursors and its ticked as default.
