If you can't get all of it. Deff get the surge protector. Not only does it protect against that this model filters out noise in the lines. Ever turn your speakers up with nothing playing and here that hissing noise? Well this filters it out. Get it on any hometheater.

 

 

 

Also there Circuit City protection plan covers you even if you blow your speakers. Also deff worth it on any system.
