Ive seen my friend do this thing where he spawns but he has no guns or anything and his arms just stick straight out from the sides and he doesnt walk, He sort of glides along the ground. I know it isn't a hack but what command or something do you have to type in?

It was something to do with the server, he didint tell u but urs probably was doing it too.

Do you mean he scarecrowed?

it happens when lets say you were playing with an awp 1 round and the next round the admin restricts it. It takes the awp off you the next round and you are scarecrowed, but you still have your Handgun and knife, or any other equipment, just press q
