March 13, 200619 yr furi you should also check out http://www.doom9.org they've got all the tools you need to rip/split, and they're freeware too!
March 13, 200619 yr dvd decryptor and dvd shrink. also use aurora mpeg/avi to dvd and dr divx. ulead movie factory to create menus. nero to burn.
March 30, 200619 yr DVD shrink, if it fails to burn successfully or at all, I use DVD Fab decrypter. Have done about 90 DVDs from about 20 different sources since a week before Christmas. I burn them with Nero, on the fly if they're pre-ripped (one disc reading one disc burning at the same time). On the fly, if the disc is ready to burn, takes me about 15 mins a disc at 16x.

You shouldn't use 16x. 1x is recommended. Better quality, and doesn't take a whole lot more time.
April 23, 200619 yr For that CSS Encrypting shit, I've had trouble ripping with Alcohol 120%, you might want AnyDVD running in the background for other rippers. I just insert the DVD, start up Alcohol, activate AnyDVD, and do whatever.
April 27, 200618 yr You shouldn't use 16x. 1x is recommended. Better quality, and doesn't take a whole lot more time. This is a myth. It may have some truth to some generic media, but in general, if the media is actually rated to go at a certain speed, it will burn fine.
