My motherboard is only 4x AGP so untill I can just upgrade everything I won't get a new card.
March 15, 200619 yr nVidia would win.. all they'd have to do is take a 20lb 7800gtx and smack ATI in the face with it.. oh, wait.. they already have..maybe thats why ATI isn't shit..:dunno: ..as for ati's over heating.. the only one i've seen get hot is the one that they had to cool with some liquified gas just to beat non oc'd 7800's in a benchmark.. ah well, it's just fun to take an outdated nvidia card and still be able to play todays games somewhat decently..plus, nvidia doesn't have 500000000 different drivers NVIDIA FTW!

March 15, 200619 yr i have tested atis and their nvidea equivalents on my old machine and this one i use and what i have found is that... ATi won they didnt win all the benchmarks but ATi's look sooo much better and they were more stable than the nVidea's. So i can see why people would choose nVidea but i still like ATi myself alot more (and also http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/285/8.) just to let you know if you are too retarted to know already, Doom 3 is extremely nVidea prefered and it gives most ATi cards prolems but it still manages to come out on top on this test and various others I have found (one of which was on gamespot but I couldn't find it)

March 15, 200619 yr I prefer Nvidia.. cuz atm I got a GeForce 4 Ti4600... old as hell, but had it since the first week it came out.. and it still does it for me. my sis got an ati card, but I dont like the way its 'control center' is so fucking immensly big and useless, also the performance sucks. Nvidia > ATI if you ask me, big time..
