Sure it'll be bait as fuck cause you would have been on camera, but still...I do it all the time, dunno what you call it in America but here we call it doing "crate runs" where you go into a shop that sells alcohol pick up a crate of 24 beers and just run, however you don't go back for a long time unless you're doing another crate run. So just do it that way and keep your head down for a while, I'd take the risk for a $300 pair of shoes to be perfectly honest.

I'm a college student, I have a job and money, I like nice clothes but I'm not going to give normstrom 300 dollars for a pair of shoes. If I can get away with shoplifting, then I might as well do it. I don't see any harm or reason not to. While the top executives of normstrom are doing the same thing I'm doing, the employees are still being payed shitty wages. It guess it all boils down to the question of moral which you would have already guessed that I have very little of. The world has changed, cheating and dishonesty is now necessary in developing your executive profile.

Dont steal anymore than the cash you have on you.

When you get something go to your car to stash it. This way if you get caught you wont get busted with more than what you got caught stealing.

Dress nice, look interested. Ask for help. Don't look suspicous. Never look at an employee unless youre talking to them. Wear 2-3 sets of clothes incase you have to run. Then change when youre alone. Running is always the best way to get away with it. If youre busted crying and appologizing will just make you look pussy. Practice with stealing from gas stations and shit first because they dont really give a fuck. At "Simon" malls the store employees arent allowed to stop and question someone suspected of stealing. Only a manager or mall cop can do this. Thats why you see alarms going off all the time but no one pays attention. Because they cant do shit anyways. Never let shoplifting get easy, thats when you'll get caught.

Get boots that are 4-6 sizes bigger than your foot. Go into the dressing room with the shoebox, take off your boots, put on the shoes you are going to steal, then procede to put on your oversized boots again. Take out the box, and put it back. Take a friend too, and have him talk to the people who work there to distract them. I really am not going to give you better advice then this, because only an idiot would actually do what I said. Unions are the single greatest threat currently to a free market system. Unions drive up the cost of labor to prices that are not consistant with the market, thus decreasing overall output.

 

They were useful when employers took advantage of employees, but that no longer happens today. They are not needed.

 

If you are being abused at your job and you don't like it, quit. Find a new job. If you aren't performing then you better start or you're fired and you need to find a new job.

well truthfuly i recomend that you dont, you are in collage just wait till you get a carrer, but you wanted a true responce so here we go.

 

i hope this is a multi-purpace story (like JC penny/walmart). walk around at t-shirts 2 or 4 days before you steal it. Get a game plan of where to go. Now on the day dress how you would dress like you had those boots and just walk into the store with black flipflops or old shoes. Dress like you are a collage student. Now grab a t-shirt or slacks and the boots and walk into the dressing room, use a bocket knife to rip and tag or plastic thing off. Dont let anything stay on that would be magnatized(that how they detect you with the rectangle small bars, that red thingy demagtizes it or they take it off.) now put the boots on and buy a shirt so if the arlarm goes off you can blame it on the shirt and walk back into the store a take the boots off and try again.

 

small tips that might help: switch shoe laces with some old ones, make the shoes look used (like maybe put it through and dirt you can find skuff it and stuff liek that), dont try to be un-noticable, maybe ask one question to a employee about where the adult shirts are. Know where the cams are and try to keep the boots out of open areas.

 

once again i dont recomend you stealing because you can lose more than $300 if you get cought. you could lose a good job. But i am 14 wtf do i know.

On the note of Unions, they are the largest reason our country is falling apart. Around here there is a General Motors plant that just recently laidoff 100 workers...and with this entire area is falling apart.

 

Here is why unions are the reason our country(the usa) is falling apart:

 

Lets say I am a union leader, and I work for one of the employees of one of the worlds largest companies. And one day I get it in my head "hey I want more money for sitting around doing nothing. Im gonna charge the people I represent more, but then they'll complain. Hmm ok they are going to go on strike demanding more money :) That way I get more money, and it will look like I am actually doing something woot!"

 

Now lets say you are the worker....you are told to go on strike because your union says so. You already get $75/hr and its all you'll ever need, but because you were told to go on strike you must or you will be kicked from the union and lose that secuirty.

 

 

 

This costs the company HUGE money as they are world wide...for ever day they are out of work they lose millions of dollars. So they give the workers more money. BUT now NAFTA passes and is now in place...giving this large company the right to open factories in other countries where they can pay the workers $5 a day and get no complaints. Plus they dont get charged taxed to import back into the country. SO by doing that they make MUCH more money, making their product more affordable.

 

The problem...its killing all the higher paying jobs. Leaving most people to have to work shit jobs while being stepped on by the "higher ups" So its either put up or get out.
