When you make popcorn, don't eat it right away. Leave the bag out, (open) in a secure place for about 30 mins -hour long. The popcorn will stale. When it's hot the butter just rolls off it to the bottom. When it stales the butter stales onto the popcorn, and the flavor factor goes up more.
