Cant do 3, too few. Hence, my favourites are:

 

WoW

TFT

Zelda OOT (i like all zelda games, just prefer OOT, WW and MM)

Splinter cell series (possibly CT the most)

Metroid Prime 1+2

Fire Emblem series

Not really into games anymore so this is kind of hard

3. CS:S

2. dooms (yes all of them)

3. gta series

 

and close 4th goes to the splinter cell series
