Yes.

Get a Kettle, fill it with water, and seal off the spout with rubber cement.

Boil the kettle, so it fills with steam.

If you keep boiling it, the steam pressure will make the kettle deform -

this can be considered to be a 'steam error'.

Try reinstalling steam first, k?
