i don't really give a shit if the link is old. It's just really weird, and it actually works. You just concentrate really hard on the pendulum, and like someone told me 'you don't think about it', you think about it through your subconcious or some shit. Just try imagining the ball staying still. It's hard to keep it there for awhile.
