The way that the slopy version originated is that when you spray paint it is too hard to do the neat way, but it's not done on purpouse. If you can it is supposed to be neat.

Anarchy would be fun for about a month but it would only happen towards the end of the world. And nobody really knows what they want so it is usually best to go with the majority, it sounds bad but it works. And there are a lot of reasons why Communism fails but the main reason is that. A lot of people abuse the system as it is, Communism just makes it easier to do that, because there will always be lazy bastards who live off other people and the number of them will go up if there is an easier way to abuse the system and do that.
