Like I said, I run 5 miles once a week which takes me about 25-27 minutes depending what kind of shape I'm in and I wouldn't be able to do that on a daily basis. :gaykeke:
March 27, 200619 yr Yeh, a few tips. Eat carbs before a big workout and protien afterwards. Also don't lift 2 ddays in a row, alternate lifting and running days to give your muscles time to rebuild. CAN ANYONE CONFIRM THIS?

Olympic sprinters can accomplish a mile in around 3:50 if they're lucky as shit, and that's one mile. Assuming your miles depreciate each time due to the odds against the chance that you could maintain the same pace the whole time, let's say your first mile was around 4:50, then around 5:10, then 5:30, then 5:50, then the remainder unnoted, that's insane. Those times would make marathon runners jealous of you. Someone of your size could not physically accomplish that without being a professional or just a plain miracle of nature. Stop lying on the internet, go eat a box of twinkies and cry yourself to sleep.

March 27, 200619 yr I could have sworn I posted in this thread. Anyways, I dont actually work out. All the exercise I get is playing DDR, but I play it on Heavy, around step level 8-9 songs. Also I do watch how much I eat so I dont get fat, that coupled with DDR lets me stay able bodied and not fat. My upper body is pretty weak though, but Im not too concerned.

I am not a fitness guru by any means but I like to keep healthy and I'm trying to learn more ways to keep getting fitter all the time. You said eat a banana before or 2 before workout but you also say do cardio first thing when you wake up without eating anything so what's it to be? I'm not trying to pick you up on a mistake I just want to know why you said two contradicting things. Secondly, I don't really like water, it's too bland for me, I usually stick some orange cordial in it or something like that, is that still as good as water for me? Like I said above I workout a bit of everything, 3 nights a week which is usually every other night, I'm not big on working out, I only do it for health reasons, so do you recommend I change my routine or does it not matter if I'm not actively trying to beef up? Sorry what i meant was, eat a banana before you workout with weights at the gym. Run first thing even before breakfast for max results, cause if you eat breakfast then run your basically just cancelling out your breakfast. Of course this depends on how much you run. As for why eat a banana before working out i do not know why, there is just something in them that really really helps you out

I'm going to run first thing this Friday morning to see if there's any differences for myself.
