March 29, 200619 yr i tried the "wake up more focused" program. i think it kind of worked. everything seems a little more vivid and brighter (i closed my eyes and listened to it for like 3 minutes). so pretty good program.

I'v attempted OBE before and it didn't work but i did have weird things happen all night such as waking up with a really fast heart beat and some very vivid dreams. I'm going to try it with the OBE sounds tonight and see if anything is different ! BTW- OBE=out of body experience. Such as you leaving your body while you sleep and being able to travle like a ghost kinda... March 29, 200619 yr the one to keep you awake kinda works, didn't sleep for 72hours one time, started hallucinating and couldn't keep myself awake (even cold water on my face wouldn't do shit, but this works) maybe it was psychological but meh. The one for lucid dreaming didn't do shit for me though And you don't need a fucking iPod, i tried this shit a long time ago, i think it was before iPods, i just burned the .wavs i generated on a cd and used a random cd player w/ headset
March 29, 200619 yr Wow, you get mad REM affect. But these work for me, I've been using them for awhile, the OBE gave me some crazy dreams. If you close your eyes, it works alot more. You need to get rid of everything your thinking about.

Listening to high frequency sounds is going to do things to your head, possible mood altering, the rest, like NWA said, has got to be placebo.
