March 30, 200619 yr You could format and re-install it manually, but I think you'd stuff it up. You seem not to know how to do that so I wouldn't recommend trying by yourself. Alternatively, if you're lucky, you may have some system-restore/recovery discs. Stick them in, restart the PC, and you'll get step by step instructions. It'll set everything back to how it was when you bought it. I'm not sure if you have such discs though, you can get them with certain computers. Laptops should have them.

March 31, 200619 yr heres what you do to fix your computer problem. go to command prompt and type in "reformat" it'll ask what drive and type in C"" or whatever drive is your primary drive whihc has the os on it. reformat that drive and then turn off your comp. problem fixed!:lmfao:
