April 3, 200619 yr Lol, you went to that effort to prove a stupid point, GJ. 5 seconds of google+search engine, 10 seconds of thought process That was a huge effort.
April 3, 200619 yr It's all about perspective. For fit people like us it's not worth counting the effort, but for him, everything he does is a struggle, because his body is fucked. When I got fat, I was shocked. I couldn't jump fences, I didn't want to walk up hills to save time instead of walking twice as far around them, my sex drive was fucked and my cock was soft, I got puffed and started sweating easily, and I jsut felt shit all the time. Now I've lost the weight and toned up, and I feel ready to get into a hardcore scrap at a moment's notice if I have to. I can sprint 100 m to catch a bus and barely get puffed, no sweating. My insomnia's getting better too, because of the regular exercise. Hooden, you should give it a shot, it's really made my life 100 times better getting back into shape. Russell Crowe is an awesome actor. Pick on him and you instantly lose. He could kick your ass just using a cellphone and half a dozen beers. PS, look up and watch Russell Crowe's early-days movie, Romper Stomper. It's good.
April 7, 200619 yr Insomnia sucks, i ussually sleep 3 or 4 hours everyday. Dunno what it is but i just cant fall asleep.
April 7, 200619 yr I went to "sleep" at 4:30 am woke up at 12 pm still felt tired didn't get out of bed til like 1pm it is currently 5:30 am and I can't fall asleep. Fuck insomnia
April 7, 200619 yr I've got a less extreme form of insomnia too. I usually sleep only 4-5 hours per night, and even if I have to wake up early, I just won't feel sleepy when I should go to bed. Result, I go to bed at 2 or 3 AM even when I stay home and have to work the day after. I often feel tired during the day, especially after lunch, but as soon as it's time for normal people to go to bed, the sleepyness is gone. Fuck insomnia
